Its complete production process includes cold rolling, annealing and finishing. In the rolling process, attention should be paid to selecting the appropriate reduction system, tension system, speed system and roll shape. In order to increase the production capacity of the rolling mill, under the premise of making full use of the main driving power of the rolling mill and the front and rear coiler, it is necessary to adjust the rolling reduction rate of the grounding to align the rolling pass. The tension can reduce the rolling pressure, improve the shape of the plate, and stabilize the rolling process. The rolling process of the 20-roll mill generally adopts a large tension. At the same time, it should be adjusted according to the shape of the plate at any time. When there is wave in the middle of the material, the reverse tension should be prevented. Pulling the edge of the belt or breaking the belt, when the strip produces side waves, the tension can be appropriately increased. A high rolling speed should be suitably employed in the speed range allowed on the rolling mill to increase the productivity of the rolling mill, and at the same time, the rolling pressure is correspondingly reduced as the rolling speed increases. In the first pass rolling, a lower rolling speed is generally employed.
